Philanthropy and grants

Big gifts make a huge difference

Becoming a major donor to WUTH Charity offers a unique and rewarding opportunity to help support your local hospitals.

Philanthropy can play a pivotal role in supporting your local hospital charity.  With new challenges every day, and more and more people requiring our hospitals’ care, support from major donors is more important than ever.

You may have first-hand experience of our hospitals as a patient or through a loved one, and want to find a way to give something back.  Often, major donations come from patients or relatives who want to express their thanks to our hospitals for their excellent care.

What we promise you

We will discuss funding options and will ensure your gift is spent carefully, effectively and according to your wishes.  We will keep in touch with you if you wish, and provide regular feedback on the difference your support is making.  We are also pleased to invite our donors to visit us and see the fantastic work their donation is funding first-hand.

If you'd like more information about major gifts, please contact us on 0151 482 7788 or use the form below / email wuth.charity@nhs.net.

Grant-makers

Support from charitable trusts and foundations plays a vital role in helping us to raise funds, for example to purchase high-value medical equipment.

Grants not only support us now, but also allow us to plan ahead and invest in innovative projects that shape, influence and improve the care and treatment we give our patients.

If you are a grant-maker and would be interesting in a partnership with WUTH Charity please contact us on 0151 482 7788 or use the form below / email wuth.charity@nhs.net.
