Accountability and assurance

Charity Commission

WUTH Charity takes real pride in ensuring compliance with all regulations pertaining to an NHS Charity. Registration with the Charity Commission means we must maintain clear accounting records and prepare annual reports and accounts.

This is very important to us, as it ensures all our activities and finances are transparent and scrutinised by the Charity Commission as well as an independent examiner.

Our latest Annual Report and Accounts can be found here.

Fundraising Regulator

WUTH Charity has registered with the regulator and agrees to ensure that its fundraising is legal, open, honest and respectful. Our Fundraising Promise outlines the commitment made to you, our donors and the public.

In addition to the Fundraising Promise, we have a clear Complaints Procedure for donors if they are not happy with WUTH Charity practices.
